LarC Properties, a real estate development firm signed a 4,563 square foot lease and Alberici Global Construction, signed a 5,543 square foot lease. 800 Zero Debt will be occupying 23,144 square feet, encompassing the entire 3rd floor. EHIM, a healthcare solutions company, FMC (Friedman Multifamily) and Waxenberg, Wayntraub & Roth, PLLC, an accounting firm, signed lease renewals and will remain in their present locations. The tenants were drawn to 26711 Northwesterns ample parking, full-service cafeteria, and the recently redesigned exterior and common area. In addition, Friedmans Construction and Design Services team, headed by Jim Parrinello, Vice President of Construction, provided the three new tenants with complete renovations and custom build-outs for their suites.
