For CCIM, SIOR, CRE, and IREM designees who are required to be "affiliated" to a Board of REALTORS® by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR®)
What is an Institute Affiliate?
Institute Affiliates include CCIM, SIOR,CRE, and IREM designees. The National Association of REALTORS® in conjunction with these professional organizations require that their members be “affiliated” to a Board of REALTORS®.
Institute Affiliates can also elect to join CRE Pros to receive all services/discounts provided by CBOR without having to meet the National Association of REALTORS® requirement of full office compliance (every licensee in the office is required to join and be a REALTOR®.)
