Howell, Michigan, April 10th, 2024. – The Commercial Board of REALTORS® – Michigan (CBOR) and the CCIM Michigan Chapter announce “Trending in CRE 2024”, an event to be held at Comerica Park Tiger Club on May 9th, 2024. “Trending in CRE” focuses on hot topics in the commercial real estate industry and will feature two of the most prominent CRE economists in the country. AI and its effect on CRE is also on base. It’s sure to be a hit!
KC Conway, Principal and Owner of KC-nomics, LLC will discuss what the Fed is up to, inflation, CRE capital lockup, year-end and 10- year economic trends.
Tom LaSalvia, Head of CRE Economics for Moody’s Analytics CRE will discuss highlights of the Detroit economy, rent and occupancy performance across the four core property types at the national, metro, and Detroit levels, and current data and sentiment on the capital market performance on CRE.
