/nGrand Blanc, Michigan, March 21, 2016. The Commercial Board of REALTORS® – Michigan (CBOR) is pleased to announce that it’s statewide Commercial Property Information Exchange; www.CPIX.net, will continue to be the main source of available commercial property data for the Michigan Economic Development Corporations (MEDC) website, www.michiganbusiness.org. This relationship has been extended for another three years.
/n
/nCBOR, with 650+ members, provides Michigans commercial real estate practitioners with industry-related professional services and benefits. One of CBORs greatest member benefits is www.CPIX.net, the statewide commercial property information exchange (CIE). CPIX, similar to a local MLS (multi-listing service), is a commercial marketing platform that averages over 17,000+ commercial properties available for sale or lease throughout Michigan. Coupled with thirteen years of property history, CPIX allows professionals the ability to analyze local market statistical trends. CPIX is governed and operated by the CBOR Board of Directors, and offers a state, national, and international public interface.
/n
/nCPIX, powered by Catylist, Inc. technology, provides many options for Economic Development ranging from free links to CPIX to paid options including “EDCLink”, “SiteFinder” and regional data exports. The relationship between CBOR and the MEDC began in 2007 when CBOR and Catylist teamed up to create an economic development solution per the request of the MEDC. Throughout the years, this relationship has evolved and adapted to changing technology. Along with the MEDC, CPIX provides data to Ann Arbor SPARK, the Detroit Regional Chamber, Southwest Michigan First, Oakland County, the City of Novi, the City of Fenton, the City of Auburn Hills, the City of Battle Creek, the Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP), and most recently, the Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance. To see the growing list of the CPIX economic development partners visit the CPIX front page.

/nCPIX.net is available to the public allowing anyone to search and market their commercial properties for free to CPIX members. Membership upgrades are available to real estate licensees, appraisers, and economic development professionals. Only CPIX Member data is included in exports, automatically sent to various syndication websites, and available to the public.
