/n Jim Chaconas and Brendan Cavender of Colliers International Ann Arbor represented both the landlord, Ronald Hughes and Hughes Properties and the tenant, Takashi Yagihashi of Slurping Turtle in the deal. Takashi Yagihashi is a world renowned chef and has been involved in the Iron Chef America and featured on the television show Great Chefs. Chef Takashi is also the recipient of a James Beard Award.

/n The space is located in the first floor of the former Borders Flagship Bookstore on Central Campus at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. This deal represents another high profile restaurant joining the acclaimed dining scene downtown Ann Arbor.
