Flint, MI (November 9, 2009) Cooper Commercial recently negotiated the sale of 53 Acres at 5410 Brigham Road in Goodrich, Michigan. The Seller, Citizens Bank, sold the property to Joseph Wojciechowski who purchased the property as an investment. Tim Pittenger of Cooper Commercial represented the Buyer and the Seller.
