The property was owned by EPG Properties, LLC an entity controlled and managed by O’Keefe & Associates Consulting the Court appointed Receiver on behalf of the lender Comerica Bank. The closing date was August 15, 2011.

The project will be developed and spearheaded by von Staden Architecture of Birmingham. Eric Banks of CORE Partners represented Talmer Bank & Trust and the buyer ( Nedatsnov Development, LLC). The property sold for an undisclosed amount. The closing date was 6/8/11.
