/nGrand Blanc, Michigan, July 9, 2018. The Commercial Board of REALTORS® – Michigan (CBOR) is pleased to announce that the Monroe County Business Development Corporation has chosen CPIX.net, The Greater Midwests Commercial Property Information Exchange, as the commercial property search engine for the Countys website http://monroecountybdc.org/.
/n
/nCBOR, with 700+ members, provides commercial real estate practitioners with industry-related professional services and benefits. One of CBORs greatest member benefits is www.CPIX.net, the Greater Midwest commercial property information exchange (CIE). CPIX is a commercial marketing platform that averages over 16,000+ commercial properties available for sale or lease. Additionally, integrated building data coupled with over sixteen years of property history, allows professionals the ability to analyze local market statistical trends. CPIX is governed and operated by the CBOR Board of Directors, and offers a regional, national, and international public interface powered by CBORs 16-year technology partner, Catylist, Inc.
/n
/nCPIX provides commercial property data solutions to Economic Development groups including “EDCLink” and regional data exports. Monroe County, Michigan is using “EDCLink” which provides an interactive search engine of Monroe County properties only, updated instantly every time a CPIX member makes a change to their property data. The search engine is framed into the Countys website and includes mapping, reports, email and more. CPIX has many built-in data integrity controls to ensure that the data is accurate. Properties have required input fields of data and must be verified every 30 days. Properties that have not been verified for 45 days are removed from view. This allows the site selector to focus on relocating and attracting businesses rather than trying to obtain and update local availabilities. The interface is also user friendly, specifically geared toward the public.
/n
/nMonroe County joins the following economic development groups in Michigan that are using CPIX for site selection: The Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), Oakland County, Southwest Michigan First, City of Battle Creek, Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance, Ann Arbor SPARK, Lansing Economic Alliance (LEAP), City of Auburn Hills, and the City of Fenton.
/n
/nCPIX.net is available to the public allowing anyone to search and market commercial properties for free to CPIX members. Membership upgrades are available to real estate licensees, appraisers, and economic development professionals.
