The Landlord, Finsilver/Friedman Management Corporation, Receiver of Penobscot, leased the space to Kids Kicking Cancer. Kids Kicking Cancer is a non-profit organization that provides weekly classes for children using techniques from martial arts, with an emphasis on relaxation, mental imagery and skill, in order to ease the pain of sick children.
