The acquisition is great news and sets the stage for Moody’s, Catylist, and other Moody’s CRE businesses to collaborate to bring new tech innovation and data insights to the commercial real estate marketplace.
Catylist now has more resources and internal capabilities to drive value for their members and their businesses. We’ll be sending out updates in the future as Catylist unveils integrated synergies that will have an impact on CPIX.
CPIX has been powered by Catylist and a client since 2003 and we’ve watched Catylist grow exponentially throughout the years. CPIX is brought to you by the Commercial Board of Realtors – Michigan (CBOR). CBOR just signed a renewal agreement with Catylist that extends our relationship through 2023. This agreement stays intact through the acquisition, including pricing and the local control.
We are happy for Catylist and excited to see what the future holds for CPIX.
