This is an expansion of the existing 178,600 square foot building at this location. The new addition is being built by Brivar Construction Company.

/nJim Montgomery of Signature Associates represented both the seller, Brivar, and the purchaser, TG Fluid Systems USA. TG Fluid Systems will be expanding their operations and increasing their manufacturing capacity by 25 percent with this 60,000 square foot addition.
