Since the start of COVID there has been a steady increase in the cannabis real estate market. It appears COVID put a halt on legislation that several municipalities were preparing to move forward with. Because there are so few municipalities who are focused on cannabis legislation right now the properties located in “green zones” within cities that have adopted ordinances have either retained or increased in value.
