The Importance of Due Diligence Inspections – 1 Hour – Elective

(CCPIA®), students will receive a clear overview of how inspections fit into the due
diligence process, reduce risk, and support informed decision-making across a
wide range of asset classes and transactions.

Students will learn what a commercial property inspection includes, and how
services are customized based on client goals, property type, and transaction
type (buying, selling, leasing, or maintaining a property). The course presents real
inspection findings for critical building systems and shows how conditions can
impact operations, safety, compliance, and capital planning.
