What is an Institute Affiliate?
Institute Affiliates include CCIM, SIOR, and IREM designees. The National Association of REALTORS® in conjunction with these professional organizations require that their members be “affiliated” to a Board of REALTORS®.
Institute Affiliates can also elect to join CRE Pros to receive all services/discounts provided by CBOR without having to meet the National Association of REALTORS® requirement of full office compliance (every licensee in the office is required to join and be a REALTOR®.)

Institute Affiliate Pricing
In most cases, the obligation is met by paying $105 annually when paying annual organization dues.
The $105 is divided as follows: $35 to the National Association of REALTORS®, $35 to the Michigan REALTORS®, and $35 to CBOR. This meets the minimum requirement of being “affiliated” to a board.
The option to pay additional dues to CBOR to become a member or a REALTOR® is elective.
