July 14, 2014 Ann Arbor, MI Colliers International Ann Arbor is pleased to announce that it has successfully represented the lease of 8,548 square feet to HopCat craft beer bar at 311-315 Maynard Street in the center of downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Jim Chaconas and Brendan Cavender of Colliers International Ann Arbor were the sole brokers in the deal. HopCat is leasing space in the former Borders flagship store redevelopment at the corner of East Liberty and Maynard Street next to UM Central Campus. HopCat will be joining other notable tenants including Knights Steakhouse, Huntington Bank, Chef Takashi Yagihashi, Sweetwaters Coffee and Prime Research.
