Terry Bixler is the chair of the CRE Mentor program as well as the Jump Start program and has a long history with CBOR. Terry has 35 years+ experience in the commercial real estate industry and was CBOR’s president in 2017 and 2018. He launched ROC Real Estate, LLC in 2010. Below is Terry introducing himself and what he does at the CBOR live Con Ed event held on March 15th, 2024.

The CCIM Introduction to Commercial Real Estate Certificate program is an introductory educational curriculum designed to provide professionals with the basic principles of commercial real estate, financial analysis tools, and professional skills.
