DUNHAM’S SPORTS AND MAGNA INTERNATIONAL TO MOVE THEIR HEADQUARTERS TO NORTH TROY CORPORATE PARK IN TROY

/n Dunham’s Sports, the Midwest’s largest sporting goods chain with over 170 stores across 16 states, recently purchased the ±95,000 square foot building located at 5607 New King Drive. The company is relocating to accommodate its expanding workforce. This will be the first move for Dunham’s headquarters since the company’s inception in 1937.

/n Magna International Inc., a leading global supplier of technologically-advanced automotive systems, leased ±117,000 square feet of office space at 750 Tower Drive, with plans to add a technical center to the building.  This location will serve as their new headquarters and will house over 300 employees.

/n When Friedman began managing and leasing the eight Class A buildings that make up the North Troy Corporate Park in May 2012, the park had an occupancy rate just over 20%. Following a full rebranding, interior and exterior renovations, in addition to aggressive leasing initiatives, the park’s occupancy has more than doubled. Seven of the buildings have a combined occupancy rate above 50%, with the eighth building currently undergoing extensive renovations.
