/n Insite Commercial, a well known commercial real estate provider in the marketplace, announced a 14.64 acre sale of vacant land in Auburn Hills has closed on behalf of Schostak Brothers, purchased from General Development.

/n Schostak Brothers will be developing and the landlord of a 55,490 SF building for the Tier 1 automotive supplier, Henniges Automotive. Henniges is moving their headquarters from Farmington Hills to this new LEED certified building within the Oakland Technology Park, just south of the newly constructed US Farathane building. General Development was hired on as the contractor to build the facility. When built, the new building will be one of the few non-owner occupied LEED buildings in the marketplace. Price and terms of the long term lease were undisclosed.
