/nFormerly operated as Baker College of Port Huron, Blue Water Community Action Agency will be moving into the 93,000 SF building as their operations have outgrown their current locations. Programs range from early childhood education to utility assistance, weatherization and more. Melinda Johnson, Executive Director for Blue Water Community Action believes this move will help to provide a clear identity in the community, brining services together under one roof.
