Farmington Hills, MI (January 29, 2010) – Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of 20,000 square feet on 3.5 acres of commercial space located at 43 E. Burdick in the Village of Oxford, Michigan. The seller, James Lumber Company, sold the property to Mandy, LLC. The space will be occupied by Hi-Hill Lawn Service, a landscape company who offers bulk landscape supplies, along with retail lawn and garden supplies. Flint, MI (September 1, 2009) — Cooper Commercial recently negotiated the lease of 12,500 SF Industrial space at 4110 Market Place Drive in Flint, Michigan. The Landlord, Whitney Development, leased the property to Greendog LLC who manufactures and sells an environmentally safe product for dog waste.
