Signature Associates sells 146,910 sf in Chesterfield Township

Southfield, Michigan – Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of 146,910 square feet of industrial space located at 50625 Richard W Boulevard in Chesterfield Township, Michigan.

Southfield, Michigan – Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of industrial space located at 34200-34216 and 34260 James J. Pompo in Fraser, Michigan, 37,200 and 27,680 square feet respectively. We also negotiated the sale of 43,200 square feet of industrial space located at 18560-18600 Malyn Blvd, also in Fraser, Michigan.

FRIEDMAN REAL ESTATE GROUP NEGOTIATES SALE OF 20,000 SQUARE FEET IN OXFORD

Farmington Hills, MI (January 29, 2010) – Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently negotiated the sale of 20,000 square feet on 3.5 acres of commercial space located at 43 E. Burdick in the Village of Oxford, Michigan. The seller, James Lumber Company, sold the property to Mandy, LLC. The space will be occupied by Hi-Hill Lawn Service, a landscape company who offers bulk landscape supplies, along with retail lawn and garden supplies. Cooper Commercial Negotiates Lease on 12,500 SF Industrial Space in Flint

Flint, MI (September 1, 2009) — Cooper Commercial recently negotiated the lease of 12,500 SF Industrial space at 4110 Market Place Drive in Flint, Michigan. The Landlord, Whitney Development, leased the property to Greendog LLC who manufactures and sells an environmentally safe product for dog waste. Leo Seide of Cooper Commercial represented the Buyer and the Seller.
