National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics Training

As a REALTOR® member, you are required to take the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics training. The current cycle deadline is December 31, 2024.

REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of at least 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®. There is a commercial-specific option.

Howell, Michigan, April 10th, 2024. – The Commercial Board of REALTORS® – Michigan (CBOR) and the CCIM Michigan Chapter announce “Trending in CRE 2024”, an event to be held at Comerica Park Tiger Club on May 9th, 2024. “Trending in CRE” focuses on hot topics in the commercial real estate industry and will feature two of the most prominent CRE economists in the country. AI and its effect on CRE is also on base. It’s sure to be a hit!

KC Conway, Principal and Owner of KC-nomics, LLC will discuss what the Fed is up to, inflation, CRE capital lockup, year-end and 10- year economic trends.

Tom LaSalvia, Head of CRE Economics for Moody’s Analytics CRE will discuss highlights of the Detroit economy, rent and occupancy performance across the four core property types at the national, metro, and Detroit levels, and current data and sentiment on the capital market performance on CRE.

Shannon Selby, VP of Real Estate for the Detroit Regional Partnership will explain the importance of “site readiness”. DRP’s mission is to create jobs for Detroiters and Michiganders throughout the Detroit Region and contribute to the revitalization of Detroit. On October 3rd, CPIX will be moving to the new property-centric Moody’s CRE platform. This new technology will offer a Research-Marketing combination alternative for CRE professionals while continuing to provide a national interface through the Catylist | Moody’s CRE network.

Member listings will continue to be marketed to the general public, on our national site, Commercial Exchange, and all of our economic development relationships throughout Michigan. Members will continue to have access to national data.

Costs remain the same and range from $40-$80 per month. No listing limit and no long-term commitments.
