Founded in 1992, Lutz Financial Services (“Lutz”) is a full service commercial and multi-family mortgage brokerage firm located in Birmingham, MI. Since 2012, Lutz has originated over $4 billion in loans for its clients through a wide range of capital sources, including life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Wall Street conduits, debt funds, bridge and construction lenders. While Lutz operates as a standalone firm, it is also a cooperative member of the national firm Q10 Capital (www.q10capital.com). Since its inception, Q10 Capital members have originated over $55 billion in loans and maintain offices across the country. As part of its post-closing loan servicing responsibilities, Lutz currently manages over 130 loans on behalf of ten different life insurance companies.
